AMOXYCILLIN-

• Offers wide coverage against both gram +ve & gram -ve pathogens Achieves peak serum levels (Between 1 to 2 Hrs.) Better absorption as compared to other penicillin antibiotics

CLAVULANIC ACID-

• Inactivates & irreversibly Inhibits variety of beta-lactamases Extents the antibacterial action of Amoxycillin. Protects Amoxycillin from hydrolysis
